Wong Nam Cha is an offering to the Khon Kaen community. The act of sipping tea is not simply that. It is a means; an opportunity to experience simplicity in a cup, and to share that experience intimately as well as communally.



Tea has a link to nearly every culture presently and historically. Tea opens us to conversation, it leads us to meditation. It is ancient, it is social, it is a path to contemplation, it is a way to wisdom. We at Wong Nam Cha invite you to join the Circle of Tea. Enjoy a cup, enjoy your time and this space. Do not rush yourself. Feel the freedom of the moment: read, breathe, discuss, sip.

"Nonprofit tea house opening in Khon Kaen!"

This is the first nonprofit tea house to be opened in Khon Kaen. We organize a relaxing, safe and energizing environment to allow a truthful and enjoying conversation while drinking all kinds of tea.

We would like to welcome you all to create a forum of learning and re-learning as a part of life long joy of education.

Welcome you all to this moment of existence at Wong Nam Cha Tea House. Its first opening day is October 11th, 2008.

We hope those who are available will come to join, tell your families, friends and associates about it. Please let us know that you are coming.

This tea house is scheduled to be opened from 2 p.m. - 11 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. on weekends. Come and join us!
